Application X Mplayer2 Plugin Chrome. No upcoming events. I have tried both the helps in Chrome & in Crime City on Facebook. The game keeps crashing and I know it could be resolved, I just dont know how to do it.Here is a list of my Plugins, can anyone tell me what I need to do in order to get this.

Just like everybody else I know, I have tons of video in random formats that I can’t seem to get to play back in my web browser. Video LAN offers an amazing video player and its installer includes a chrome extension. This post will cover the basics for installing VLC and testing that it works as a chrome plugin:

Jul 30, 2013 The VLC plugin on Mac it’s only supported on Leopard and older OS X, also you need a separated package). On Mac there a no installer for VLC, just copy the app to “/Applications”. For OS X 10.6 - 10.9 there are no VLC plugins as they ate 64bit OSes. PD: @gguuss, please don’t answer things that you don’t really know. NoPlugin is an extension for Chrome, Opera, and Firefox that allows you to play some plugin content in your browser without plugins. All browsers have phrased out the use of web plugins, due to performance and security problems, so NoPlugin was created to maintain some compatibility with outdated sites.

  1. After the download completes, click the installer.
  2. Install VLC with all of the extensions / plugins
  3. From your Chrome web browser, browse to chrome://plugins
  4. Now, you will see an option, “VLC Web Plugin”. If this line is available, you have successfully installed the VLC player plugin for Chrome.

To test the VLC plugin, you can visit the VLC Plugins demo page. A reader suggested that Kodi may also be helpful to get your content streaming.

does this work for mac chrome? i can’t get the VLC Chrome plug-in to work in Chrome. I tried to full install as well as the plug-in only

Dear Volunteer,

After I updated to Firefox 43 the browser crashes within 1-2 seconds each time I try to open it - even in Safe Mode. When I downgrade to Firefox 42 it works fine with or without Add-Ons (by memory these were No-Script and StumbleUpon). Firefox 44 beta also crashes. I don't know what has changed between versions 43 and 42 but I am using Chrome now since it does not crash (this request is being completed using Chrome). I prefer to use Firefox, however. As a result, I cannot add the troubleshooting information requested.

After each crash I allow the crash routine to gather information but it always reports that there is a problem submitting the report. My crash ID is Crash ID: bp-19a3b7fe-1db3-464c-8b87-cdf0c2101001. No other piece of software is exhibiting any similar issues.

I would be very grateful for any help. Best Regards,

Tim Olson
